Isn't that mandatory to be a "JC", like the CEO of Standard Chartered, dismissing "lower value human capital"?

I don’t know about “mandatory”, but the sociopathic personality profile IS highly represented among the JCs- more highly represented than it is among the population at large.

And that is a demonstrable FACT.
