So yesterday at his New Hampshire rally, Dementia Don rambled on:

"We have become a drug-infested, crime-ridden nation, which is incapable of solving even the 'solllest'... smallest problem. The simplest of problems we can no longer solve. We can't do anything. We are an institute in a powerful death penalty. We will put this on.

First, he's slurring his words again. He has really low energy. And what's with all the face make up? Sheesh. And ya' gotta' love the Newsweek caption: Donald Trump Appears to Slur Words Again At Rally."

"Appears"? No, that was definitely slurring his words.

Second, what is "a powerful death penalty"? Is that the opposite of a weak death penalty? And what institute is he jabbering about anyway?

And please make sense of his conclusion: "We will put this on."

Help us out, Trumpers.

If president Biden looked and talked like this, Fox would be running it on a loop 24-hours a day.
