Interviewing rallygoers before the event, a ten-year-old boy told a reporter: “Let’s put Fani and Nikki in jail.” He mispronounced "Fani," of course. Evidently they start 'em young and nasty in North Carolina.

As a sign of what was to come, the man leading the Pledge of Allegiance got the words wrong, then the woman signing the National Anthem also forgot the words.

Trump told the crowd that America was great "three years ago."

Umm, well, sure: Joe Biden was president three years ago.

Trump said, "We will expel the wallmongerers."

Rather than say "migrant crime," Trump said "migrant kime."

Trump called Mark Robinson, GOP candidate for North Carolina Governor, “MLK Jr. on steroids.” Robinson, a Holocaust denier, has said that “so many freedoms were lost during the Civil Rights Movement,” and referred to the movement as the “‘so-called’ Civil Rights Movement.”

Robinson wants to make abortion illegal under any circumstances, beginning with conception.

Trump could not pronounce "Venezuela."
