P.S.: I hope he does not reply to this as he has enough to do and I don't want to waste his time.
Sorry :)
Managing the site seems to create much more work for Manlobbi now than setting it up was.
Indeed I am doing everything at the start: Programming the entire platform starting from one line of programming a couple of weeks ago, completing that, hosting it, writing introductory posts for the various boards, answering to reports of opportunities to refine, and moderating/deleting some posts. And I'm supposed to be composing music.
But definitely do not worry, these 'polishing' steps are extremely finite and well defined, and about coming to an end already. Whilst it does seem odd that programming this polishing work takes quite a long time compared to the programming from scratch to the initial release, that is very normal (regarding the relative proportion of effort). It is extremely worthwhile doing the polishing and not compromising that step.
I have done unusual work to also make sure the project scales, so if there are an enormous number of posts, you will be okay.
I'll programme something for volunteering moderators also, so I can be hands off that also. I will also programme/automate concepts in service of keeping the community unified, focussed on intelligent dialogue, focussed in general, and very importantly - merry. The Post of the Week was one example, but there are others, and I can also refine further things that you already see.
