Some 3.5 years ago, in April 2020, I had created a poll on TMF BRK board to select which of the three stocks: BRK,DG OR MSFT would perform best. Coincidentally, the share prices of all three were trading with a few cents of each other in the high $160s. I owned all three.

In April 2020, MSFT and DG appeared to be big beneficiaries of Covid lockdowns, WFM and government stimulus payments. In contrast, BRK was probably hurt overall.

Fast forward 3.5 years, BRK and MSFT were both trading around $339 midday, and DG at $119.

I expected BRK to outperform the other two, but I am surprised by how much DG underperformed. Maybe the pendulum has swing too far in the other direction?

Maybe it is time to rebalance, but as all my holdings are in a taxable account, and all, including DG, have significant LT cap gains, I am staying put.
