Nope. That’s from Judge Cannon’s ruling

OK. Now you are being sloppy. Cannon is quoting Clarence's argument which has to be cued up to see how the Supremes will decide and I clearly made the point that no one knows how they will decide. So what I said stands and you have yet to tell me what the argument is.
