After Dementia Don falsely claimed that president Biden and the FBI had a plan to assassinate him during the Mar-a-Lago search, he sent out fundraising letters saying "I nearly escaped death."
Clearly, Dementia Don never studied grammar in school but the special counsel is rightly concerned that Dementia Don's lies are exposing federal law enforcement agents, "some of whom will be witnesses at trial, to the risk of threats, violence, and harassment."
His fundraising email Dementia Don also falsely claimed Biden was "locked & loaded ready to take me out."
"The Government moves to modify defendant Donald J. Trump’s conditions of release, to make clear that he may not make statements that pose a significant, imminent, and foreseeable danger to law enforcement agents participating in the investigation and prosecution of this case."Now judge Cannon will either have to place a gag order on Dementia Don or turn aside the special counsel's request. Both outcomes will have negative ramifications for Cannon: either Dementia Don will find himself under a gag order and likely attacking the only judge he has not yet attacked or the special counsel, once his request is denied, will be able to appeal her decision to the 11th circuit.
That's called a win-win.
