no, trump takes the lowest bid from whoever will risk getting sued as an excuse not to pay, or just outright stiffed\ignored\berated in public.

look no further than the 'billionaire' who claims his life is in danger with a free Secret Service detail, yet never will replace them on his own dime. hell, they are a perpetual source of overcharge grift when he visits any trump property.
