If anyone listens, can you confirm Ben Carlson saying RSP outperformed S&P500 by 70%?

What am I missing? I didn't check what he said, but it does sound suspicious. The only possible explanation is a different date range??
But some of the figures on that web page sure look dodgy. It says the smallest 50 stocks in the S&P 500 outperform the largest 50 by 4.9% annually. Though different date ranges will give different conclusions, I'm not sure what dates they were looking at. I would expect something on the order of 0.43%/year 1997-2024 (last 28 years), less than a tenth as much.
