I've sold and bought houses in the last year and used the same realtor for both of them.

In my case, she earned her money quite well. Whatever we needed done, she had a contact
that could get it done quickly and at a reasonable price. Just the sewer repair company
was worth it. Helped with a lot of paperwork and was available 24/7. I don't know how
many are like her, but she is a gem.
