Dope1: Oh, it's been known for years that the Chinese have been making determined efforts to break into US systems and steal whatever info they can find.

Well, gee, then maybe Mad King Donald shouldn't have fired Gen. Timothy Haugh, who led both Cyber Command, which carries out offensive cyber operations, and the National Security Agency, which collects cyber threat intelligence or be making massive cuts to cyber personnel, dontchathink?

Also, there’s no national cyber director or Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency director in place, and oversight of cybersecurity on the National Security Council has been downgraded to a senior director position from a deputy national security advisor under the Biden administration.

But Mad King Donald won some senior golf tournament or something, so there's that.
