Since it's against the law for non-citizens to vote in federal elections, what's the play here?
The only one I can see -- aside from it obviously promoting racism and xenophobia -- is that if there’s a federal law about voting, then presidents will have a role in administering elections within individual states and will be immune from prosecution for tampering with presidential elections.
