And now we can’t even win the war on algae. I think it’s time to roll this one up and start over.

You know what the genius thing Trump is doing, by blaming the fiasco on "vandals" is? By absolving the contractor of responsibility, he can pay the contractor to do the job again. Just like a botched paving job in Michigan, where MDOT slow walks the order for corrective action, until the warranty expires, so the taxpayers pay for the job again.
