I would think the Dems could sue the Rep leadership for violation of their basic rights. They violated no law (that I'm aware of), but are -almost- under house arrest. They can go anywhere they want, and do anything they want (within the law), and if the Rep leadership interferes with that, I would think that would be grounds for a serious lawsuit that would empty Rep coffers. No?
