Supposedly the criteria was moochers, who would end up taking benefits.
It's a weird list.
Many nations - have diaspora that aren't mooches but rather, unlike 401K'ers and especially unlike the 70% out of wedlock tribe....are willing to sacrifice, work hours, pool resources, live prudently, and climb the economic ladder.
I'm just talking economics. Not potential terrorism. (and it's not terrorism if its a big city --at that point I don't judge and be an ugly bush black and white 'murican, but I digress)_
Egypt? Pakistan? Bangladesh? Afghanistan? Sorry, but they aren't welfare queens just to make a few.
Luckily many of the countries are welfare wanting shit holes with diaspora we're better off without.
Imperfect rules ---but hey, more good than bad.
