Probably waiting for any indication that this is a federal crime. If you damage the U.S. Capitol, the federal law enforcement agencies will get involved. If you damage private property, that's usually just an issue for local law enforcement. - albaby

There is a LOT going on here besides vandalism. Assault, hate crimes, Hamas recruitment...

It seems to me there is sufficient evidence of an overarching organization of sorts coordinating, funding, and traveling across state lines to incite violence and commit hate crimes. This is lots bigger than a simple act of trespassing or vandalism on a random campus or two, so perhaps there is a RICO offense.

An additional crime has to do with preventing Jewish students from accessing educational opportunities they are entitled to. It seem there is a Federal law that was passed originally to protect blacks as the colleges were being integrated back when. Some pundits say this law could apply here.
