4. honestly, I know you sent a couple emails too. (I won't respond to emails). This seems like baiting. US sales are not underperforming. They are up 40% y/y in latest Q. Tech companies can't even do that now. Likely they will be in neighborhood of $33m for Q3 which is 65% y/y. Outstanding.

Your other earlier email comment was also a false narrative about "why is Esperion pivoting in 2026 from CV". They never said that. No one said that. It is like the "when did you stop beating your wife" line...intended to create drama where none exists.

Esperion via Ben on call this week, for example, spoke of securing their patents on the new indications/next-gen drugs in their pipeline, and once they have those in place they want to have an investor day to review. He further stated that he would expect that IF Esperion is still a standalone company in 5 years (not 2026...he said 5 years) he expects they are known as more than just a CV company by then. This implies that if they aren't acquired, they fully expect they will be developing these next-gen drugs for uses outside of CV. There is no giving up on CV in that statement. It implies diversifying their IP portfolio, which is a positive.
