He'll just ban them.

That's why it is a hard job. If they don't do their jobs, then they're useless.

They have bosses and that industry is fraught with dwindling money, so some have to do mass appeal. The days of well funded investigative reporters are gone. Plus, there's phenomena like Matt Taibbi - who jump ship to the other side - probably for the money. Who pays you governs what you write.
