Many (perhaps almost all) of these mass shooters were well known to law enforcement and/or had a reputation at whatever school they attended. Students know who the volatile ones are and should be encouraged to speak up. Authorities should be more aggressive following up on leads. Then there is this concerning the Nashville shooter,
