Yes, pretty much all Trump says is extreme rhetoric. Do you consider extreme rhetoric to be "literal hitler"?

Nobody but Hitler is 'literal Hitler'. But Trump definitely has fascistic tendencies; authoritarian if you prefer. He sure as hell doesn't fit with the long history of our Republic's POTUS's.

We get to see if our vaunted 'separation of powers' can hold up.
