It seems likely.

Musk has poured over $20,000,000 of his own money into the campaign. Paying canvassers $25/hour, far more than is usual. Buying huge amounts of advertising, mostly attacks on Crawford. He gave two $1,000,000 checks to people he declared to be 'spokespeople' for his political group.

Musk wants to win this one for Trump, but Tesla will also benefit directly from favorable court rulings in Wisconsin.

We have such as corrupt election system.
