There are a boatload of morons sailing on the USS Trump Round 2, but probably none more moronic than puppy killer Kristi Noem.

NOEM today at the Cabinet briefing (trying to shirk responsibility for responding to the Texas flooding disaster emergency: "We as a federal government don't manage these disasters. The state does."

Umm. First, FEMA stands for the Federal Emergency Management Agency.

Second, this is from the FEMA website: "FEMA coordinates the federal response to disasters that receive a Presidential disaster declaration."

But hey, enjoy the 50% tariff on copper now and the 200% tariff on pharmaceuticals in a year.

Boy, somebody's making a killing in the market with advanced knowledge of Mad King Donald's 4D chess moves.
