I haven't read anything about why DREAMERs weren't part of the bill. Also, your link is from 2018. That was 6 years ago. Not that I believe a word he says, but where is he on DREAMERs now?

And, no, I've pointed out (along with others) where you have been wrong both in your timelines and details. You were even wrong characterizing the popularity of this bill in a response to a post saying that it wasn't really very popular (which tells me that you probably didn't really read the post you replied to).
