Yes, Perun is the Australian YouTuber. Apparently his forte is economics with a subcategory of defense economics. I was recommended to him from a military buff I know, and after listening to several of his programs...he knows his stuff. He apparently has contacts in various places, including Ukraine, and gives very good analysis. With some humor (e.g. "Pvt Conscriptovich" and "Col Kleptovsky"). It would take you a while, but if you have interest in the topic, it would be worth going back and starting from his first Ukraine invasion stories. He covers how the Russian army procurement is messed up, how their reporting is messed up, how graft is messing up both, etc. He doesn't cover the day-to-day stuff, but more how drones are changing everything, how the Black Sea Fleet is effectively neutralized, how Crimea is no longer "safe", how Poland and other nearby nations are helping Ukraine, etc. He even did a piece recently on how aircraft carriers are NOT obsoleted by either drones or the Chinese anti-aircraft-carrier ballistic missile. Though drones are changing a lot of thinking in terms of combat tactics and strategy.
