It only applies if corporations who pay homage and cash to Our Fearless Leader are being regulated.

And what is not regulated now? The DOJ has an infinite checkbook to pay for whatever investigations and prosecutions it chooses to launch.

Maurie Stans went from being Commerce Secretary, to head of fundraising for CREEP. He went around the country, to companies that had government contracts, demanding big "campaign donations", or he would make sure they never got another government contract. This became known as the "Stans shakedown cruise".
