Another DOJ prosecutor (of 20+ years tenure) has resigned.

She was asked to seize the bank account of an organization that received a federal grant during the Biden administration. The DOJ staff had looked into the issue and had determined there was no criminal activity, therefore no basis to seize the asset. An assistant Attorney General told her to do it anyway.

She refused and resigned.

This is the kind of issue that will rip up the Constitution. This is autocracy in action. This is where Congress needs to step in and be a co-equal branch of government by investigating the incident and potentially impeaching the AAG for asking an ADA to violate the constitutional rights of this organization.
