For several years Thompson worked on a case that brought a $250 million verdict. As a principle you go after the big fraud first, then the next biggest fraud. So they just charged 6 people for $11 million. This isn't looking like $9 billion so far. I'm skeptical. Note that they aren't telling the state to stop paying ANY of the red flag providers.
