So Trump was simply the enforcer of weak ratings?

No, ABC deciding that his show sucked and their affiliates saying "We'd rather air re-runs of Celebrity Family Feud instead of this guy" did that.

Not my fault you people have no real heroes to look up to.

It's like you all forgot that Colbert was fired earlier for having a) an expensive show b) an expensive show that nobody watched.
