I saw that article this morning too. Blows a hole in the "we're doing it for Israel" narrative. Instead of bringing military force to settle the issue, by forcing surrender of the Iranian regime, like "Bibi" wants, Trump plays for time.
We all heard that "no country ever surrendered due to bombing alone" argument, but Japan surrendered, without the US setting foot in any of the home islands.
Can't help but wonder, if a Castro snatch, and CIA backed coup in Cuba, would push Iran off the USian front page, the way the Grenada invasion made USians forget about the Marines we lost in Beirut.
Clearly, "Bibi" needs to pay Trump a bigger bribe than big oil paid.
