All the person funding it had to do - was just pay $25,000 worth of Ginni's bills. Send a $5000 check to some mortgage company. $6000 directly made out to tuition. Pay a contractor $8000 towards some home project. Just buy airline tickets or pay a hotel bill. Keep each instance under $10,000......and not ONE question would be asked.

As an off topic - get the kids on the payroll. Write a realistic job description. 401K 100% of their wage. Get them 40 quarters of Social Security before anyone else should God forbid some disability need arise. All it costs you is FICA and it's well worth it. Oh - write off the payroll administration expense. It's negligible - but you can buy a good lunch with the discount. Oh wait, did that lower your rental profits? Poor baby. Be low income American.
