Dope1: When America is weak, the world notices. Few weeks ago I predicted that the Chinese would step it up in the South China Sea vs. the Philippines.

Right, that never would have happened under Trump.

Oh wait.

Aerial photos taken by the US Navy show just how close a US Navy ship came to colliding with a Chinese warship that had challenged the US vessel's presence in the South China Sea.

The guided-missile destroyer USS Decatur was performing a "freedom of navigation" operation on Sunday, sailing close to Chinese-claimed reefs in the Spratly Islands, when it was approached by a Chinese destroyer, the Lanzhou.

That was October 4, 2018.

That was a US Navy guided-missile destroyer challenged by a Chinese warship, not a Chinese coast guard ship and a Philippine coast guard ship and a supply boat.

Congratulations, you're a prophetic genius.
