Here's a transcript of president Biden's commencement address. Please find the section where president Biden tells the cadets they "must be prepared to intervene in domestic political affairs against President Trump."

I suppose the standard military oath to uphold the constitution could be interpreted as giving the military the right to stop Trump if he becomes a threat to the nation, but it’s a stretch:

And above all, hold fast to your oath. On your very first day at West Point, you raised your right hands and took an oath — not to a political party, not to a president, but to the Constitution of the United States of America — against all enemies, foreign and domestic. (Applause.)
