You'll have a larger, growing, permanent underclass like Leftists wanted. You'll have people digging in on behalf of their caste and tribe and regardless of what your Goldman Sachs index rises to, you'll have a huge plurality of Americans who feel that things suck.

That's just the compounder for me. But the fun fun fact:

Whomever wins, you have 100% chance of a lame-duck Presidency. Yeah that'll bring progress and guess what, even though you Club 401K'ers sold off to your corporate overlords, socked away tax advantaged profits made on the backs of exploiting others (profits you have no idea how to make for yourself)......many will be facing not only retirement insecurity but SOCIAL SECURITY and MEDICARE weakness, insolvency, whatever you call it.

So you'll have the going on plus, needs to adjust your future population to realities caused by technology, A.I, etc.

And you'll be doing this with a lame duck Presidency, AND while both parties are having intra party squabbles. It'll be you Corporatist Dems versus the AOC people. Israeli Mule NeoCons vs Trumpy types. And other sub-tribes tossed in.

I certainly hope you craft quality solutions. Especially when if your politician of choice tries to compromise, you'll be there, Right or Left, to tell him to stop doing so.
