Maybe I'm missing it, but where did Biden compare the Maui fire to a small kitchen fire?

He said that he knows what it's like to have your home burn down, because his home burned down. His home burned down from a small kitchen fire, but he didn't say that the Maui fire is like a small kitchen fire. Just that he can empathize with losing your home to fire.

Was there another part of the speech where he actually made that comparison?
