The best way for Buffett to address this fund would be to expedite foundation selling to send a message to prospective buyers of this fund.

When I get home from the park I have to dig deeper into this fund. The brk options are not liquid and typically offer larger spreads. How can this fund get quality fills on size? Who is on the sell side of brkb options, in size? Whoever is selling the calls must be buying the stock so they aren’t short the calls naked. How much common buying are we talking about? Hopefully their website will offer transparency and disclosure? Uncle Warren has to hate this, lol.

Uncle Warren has to hate this, lol.

Last time some clever guy tried something like this, Warren created the B shares.

Maybe a C-class share that pays a dividend? LOL. That would be interesting.

I almost feel sorry for the guy, he seems like a has-been who is not going to make it. Then again he's trying to entice unsuspecting investors into his fund, so not that sorry.
It's a joke, I would not touch it with the 10 foot pole.
