Obama fired/force retired some 197 general officers during his administration

Reasons why they get in trouble:
- Disobeying orders
- Inappropriate relationships/behavior
- mishandling of nuclear assets
- repeated use of racist and/or sexist language in a public setting
- sexual assault
- public drunk
- sexual affairs with subordinates
- failing to address sexual assaults committed by underlings
