I listened to it while driving home from work. It sounded horrible and the delivery was bad, but whatever.
It shouldn't come as any surprise - well, it will to most of this board - that China is engaging in widespread data harvesting. The strategy is to "harvest now, decrypt later". That way you can build a profile on someone you want to target in the future, tracking them now, then later on have your Quantum compute and your AI go find them and target them directly. The PRC has been hacking US personnel files for over a decade now.
So that wasn't surprising. It also wasn't surprising that certain We Know Better types in the IC were hiding things from the President. I still shake my head at the people who want a 4th, completely unaccountable branch of government in place. Mind blowingly bad.
270k foreign nationals voting? How big of a problem that is depends on *where* they're voting. If they're all voting in NYC it's a so what. If they're voting in swing states, then it's a bigger concern.
Hacking election machines? I remember when the predecessor to this board was convinced that DIEBOLD was going to destroy muh democracy. That, like many left wing positions, has been memory holed by the people who used to scream it.
