I have a small amount of a much smaller REIT (CREI). The rise in long term gilt yields is obviously affecting them all. Until the budget (later than usual this year) it seems likely this concern will continue.

I am not touching housebuilders at present. Even with the BoE reducing interest rates and ignoring their inflation mandate I think things are still tight here. One of the larger brick makers (MBH) reported recently and it did not inspire me with confidence.
