Is this thing actually being built? I hear sounds of construction in the background. My understanding was that only the underground portion was allowed to go ahead at this point, with the above ground eye-sore still on hold pending further litigation.
Also, "drone capacity"? Does that mean this thing will have not only defensive measures but offensive drone launch capability?
