So the question is: would you want to know given there are no treatments available? I'm not sure I would, at least not yet. I already know I have a family history (mom). If I was maybe 70(?), I might want to know. But at age 40 or 50? Not sure.

According to the linked article there are dietary and life style changes that can reduce the proteins that seem to be most responsible for non-genetic Alzheimers.
