When he is standing in your daughters locker room, naked with his dick hanging out, you don't need anything else.

Either we're talking about different things, or one of us is confused (or both). Trans-gender involves surgical alteration. So, if a trans-gender woman, there is nothing to "hang out". As opposed to a transvestite, who wears women's clothing, but underneath is still male. I have been assuming "trans" meant the former.
