1) Run the SP500 Mo Lowprice screen on GTR1. This gives you Price and the 10 stocks passing {Liquid_consolidators} step1.
2) Obtain the following data from BarChart.com for each pick: pctFloat.
3) Calculate the final sort.
4) Pick the lowest 5 such values
