Some folks will go to great lengths to live in the fantasy.
Anyone here ever been to a Renaissance Fair?
The brightly colored tents and costumes. The jousting contests, the jesters, jokers, chain mail laden warriors and fair maidens.
Then it ends and the medieval village vaporizes into a mist dispelled by John Deere tractors and pick-ups.
And everyone goes back to work on Monday.
At least with a Renaissance Fair, everyone except a few diehards, seems to know that the exercise is nothing more than a temporary suspension of disbelief.
The names “Gulf of America” and “Lake of America” are simply names conjured up by the King of MAGA World as he sits in his imaginary castle.
But Monday morning is surely coming.
