Yes it has. Mostly because your cult leader decided he would rather keep the status quo so he could have something to run on rather than actually try and do anything about the border. Being in the cult you were ok with that because you are too clueless to even understand why.

Just remember, you are the one who prefers the status quo over actually attempting to do anything.
