Seems like a wonderful business at a fair price. We use Chubb after we called GEICO for homeowners (2017) who then readily referred us to Chubb for our level of home value and our location (Southeast). Service has been good and Premiums have been reasonable. Chubb claims was easy to work with wrt covering our new roof after hail damage, after I met my deductible. Stock is on fire, up 44% since end of Q2 2023. Will place it on my watchlist now.
