such as the one I live in and it could be disastrous if the wrong person is elected, such as a
crooked democrat.


Those 192 prosecutions you cited are from votes cast in multiple elections held over a 13-year period, not from one election. Give us your town and we'll see if any elections were decided by 192 votes, let alone 15 votes when you divide 192 by 13 years.
