Both chambers of the Alabama Legislature passed new congressional maps yesterday ' but neither map contains a second majority-Black district as the U.S. Supreme Court required. Alabama has until Friday to enact new districts.

BREAKING: Alabama Senate passes its own congressional map, which does not contain a second majority-Black district.
