MY GUESS< Bill doesn't call me,is that he is currently covering his latest bet on lower interest rates. IF you are short spy puts, or any puts on stocks or indexes where the underlying are up sharply, it's a great day to take the 90 percent or so profit. For Americans, not a bad time to take a little off in IRAs , Roth Iras, etc. Taking profits and paying tax almost never works out for me, lol.
