This is a guy that refused to pay-up a 1/4 of a point on WMT and missed billions in profits. This is a guy that would not accept a $5 bet, with friends, for closest to the pin on golf par 3.

HYPER discipline. NO WAY $407/B was hasty, careless or just to bring down cash. ZERO CHANCE.
