When he runs for President, he knows he'll be attacked for many of the business ties he and or his firms had with CHINA for quite a bit of dollars and times.
So now, some of his citizens - his blue collar citizens in a blue collar part of Virginia have to miss out on jobs and economic development, so that the Governor can try to refute China ties in a few years.
Many of those who will miss out - probably voted for Youngkin.
